Selective Pallet RACK
A **pallet racking system** is a highly efficient storage solution designed for organized, high-density warehousing. It maximizes vertical and horizontal space utilization while ensuring easy access to goods. Below are its key features, advantages, and applications:
Frame Components**:
- **Upright Frames**: Vertical steel columns with adjustable connection points for beam placement.
- **Load Beams**: Horizontal beams that support pallets or storage units.
- **Pallet Supports**: Roll-formed rails or wire decks to hold palletized goods securely.
- **Adjustability**: Beam heights can be reconfigured to accommodate varying load sizes (e.g., boxes, pallets, bulk items).
- **Material**: High-strength steel with anti-corrosion coatings for durability in industrial environments.
2. Key Advantages**
- **Space Optimization**: Utilizes vertical space efficiently, ideal for warehouses with high ceilings.
- **Accessibility**: Compatible with forklifts or manual handling equipment for quick loading/unloading (e.g., selective pallet racking for direct access).
- **Scalability**: Modular design allows expansion or reconfiguration as storage needs evolve.
- **Safety**: Engineered for heavy loads (e.g., 1,000-5,000 kg per level) with optional safety features like column guards and anti-collapse mesh.
- **Inventory Management**: Clear labeling and zoning enable systematic organization, improving FIFO/FEFO compliance.
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
With a load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is suitable for heavy-duty warehouse storage and food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
The height and width of the racks can be customized to specific user requirements, ensuring a tailor-made solution for a variety of warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Made from high-quality steel with an electrostatic spray finish, this racking system offers corrosion resistance and a long service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system allows for the use of FIFO (First In First Out) and FILo (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks use a dense storage method, where goods are stored in continuous rack aisles, reducing the number of aisles in the warehouse and thus improving space utilization. Suitable for storing large quantities of goods with a small variety, such as food, beverages, chemical products, etc.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
