Push Back RACK
Push Back Racking** () is a cutting-edge, high-density LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage marvel crafted for deep-lane pallet storage. This system ingeniously employs a sequence of nested carts on inclined rails, facilitating pallets to be 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. It significantly enhances space efficiency while ensuring selective access remains uncompromised.
1. Warehouse efficiency skyrockets as utilization exceeds 80%, offering prioritized flow of goods.
2. Impressive loading capacity per layer: 300-1500 kg/pallet, accommodating a wide range of storage needs.
3. Perfectly engineered for large-scale storage of goods featuring limited variety.
4. Storage versatility allows for both 'First In, First Out' and 'First In, Last Out' methodologies.
Applications:
Minimized aisle requirements for optimal space use.
"Last In, First Out" storage paradigm.
• Cost-effective excellence: The lowest cost, highest density pallet storage rack system.
• Perfect for refrigerated/frozen applications and storing similar products on uniform pallets.
• Designed for storing multiple pallets of identical items, irrespective of timing.
• Ideally suited for seasonal or slow-moving inventory management.
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a formidable load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is a powerhouse for heavy-duty warehouse and food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Height and width of the racks are fully customizable to meet specific user demands, delivering tailor-made solutions for diverse warehouse configurations.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-quality steel with an electrostatic spray finish, this racking system is built for resilience and longevity, offering superior corrosion resistance.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In, First Out) and FILo (First In Last Out) inventory systems, ensuring seamless storage and retrieval efficiency.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks harness an advanced dense storage approach, with goods stored in continuous rack aisles, cutting down on aisle requirements and boosting space utilization. Ideal for large quantities of goods with limited variety, including food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
