Push Back RACK
Push Back Racking** () presents a high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage solution expertly crafted for deep-lane pallet storage. This innovative system employs a series of ingeniously nested carts on inclined rails, enabling seamless 'push back' of pallets by subsequent loads. This maximizes space efficiency while ensuring selective access remains uncompromised.
1. Warehouse utilization rate surpasses 80%, offering certain goods prioritized handling for entry and exit.
2. Impressive loading capacity per layer: 300-1500 kg per pallet, ensuring robust support.
3. Perfectly suited for large-scale storage needs involving a limited range of product varieties.
4. Storage configurations can be adjusted to 'First In, First Out' or 'First In, Last Out' based on operational needs.
Applications:
Reduced aisle requirements, thereby maximizing floor space utilization.
'Last In, First Out' storage system
• Cost-effective with unmatched density, this pallet storage rack system offers the lowest cost per pallet position.
• Perfect for the storage of similar products on uniformly sized pallets, or for use in refrigerated and frozen environments.
• Engineered to accommodate multiple pallets of identical items, regardless of time constraints.
• Ideal for the storage of seasonal goods or inventory with slower movement rates.
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is ideally suited for demanding warehouse storage and food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Each system can be customized in height and width to meet specific user needs, providing a tailor-made fit for diverse warehouse configurations.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Constructed from premium quality steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system offers superior corrosion resistance and an extended service lifespan.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management strategies, optimizing product storage and retrieval efficiency.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks implement a dense storage strategy, utilizing continuous rack aisles to minimize aisle numbers, thereby enhancing warehouse space utilization. This system is ideal for storing substantial volumes of goods with limited variety, including food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
