STACKING CRANE

Central to the Stacking Crane is a robust metal structure frame, a highly advanced motion mechanism, a versatile cargo loading device, a sophisticated control system, and a top-tier safety device. The structural design is pivotal, as it ensures optimal operational efficiency, unmatched stability, and heightened safety.
Metal structure frame
Featuring a choice between single column (light) or double column (heavy) structures, this frame supports the entire crane, adeptly bearing both vertical and horizontal loads.
Top Beam: This component connects the top of the column, enhancing overall stability. Selected models feature guide rails to facilitate horizontal movement.
Base Frame: Anchoring the column, it is typically fitted with walking wheels or ground rails to guarantee the equipment's stable operation.
The motor propels the wheel along the warehouse track, achieving precise X-axis positioning.
Adopting either frequency conversion speed regulation or servo control ensures smooth and seamless starts and stops.
Hoisting Mechanism
This mechanism elevates the loading platform in the Y-axis direction using wire rope, chain, or synchronous belt, all driven by a motor and reducer.
Equipped with either an encoder or laser rangefinder, it achieves precise height control.
Fork Extension
Capable of two-way or three-way operations, these forks are motor or hydraulically driven to achieve Z-axis extension and retraction, ensuring efficient cargo storage and retrieval.
Cargo Loading Device
Designed for carrying cargo such as pallets and boxes, seamlessly integrated with the forks.
Forks
Retractable fork arms provide direct contact with cargo, crafted from wear-resistant and non-slip materials.
Certain models feature rotating forks for narrow aisles or double-deep forks for accessing rear cargo.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days, It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
