Push Back RACK
Push Back Racking** () is a high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage solution designed for deep-lane pallet storage. It employs a sophisticated system of nested carts on inclined rails, allowing pallets to be 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. This maximizes space efficiency while maintaining selective access for optimized storage management.
1. Warehouse utilization exceeds an impressive 80%, allowing certain goods prioritized access both in and out.
2. Remarkable loading capacity per layer: 300-1500 kg per pallet, catering to diverse storage needs.
3. Ideally suited for extensive storage of goods with limited variety, streamlining inventory management.
4. Offers flexibility with storage options: 'First In, First Out' or 'First In, Last Out' configurations.
Applications:
Significantly fewer aisles required, enhancing warehouse space efficiency.
'Last In, First Out' storage system, perfect for dynamic inventory needs.
• Lowest cost, highest density pallet storage rack system available, ensuring maximum value.
• Ideal for uniform products on same-size pallets, and perfect for refrigerated and frozen storage applications.
• Expertly designed to store multiple pallets of the same item, irrespective of time constraints.
• Perfect for seasonal items or goods with lower turnover rates, ensuring optimal management.
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
With an exceptional load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is perfectly suited for robust warehouse storage and demanding food freezer applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
The height and width of the racks are customizable to specific user requirements, offering a bespoke solution tailored to a variety of warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium high-quality steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system ensures superior corrosion resistance and an extended service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The advanced drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks utilize a dense storage method, where goods are systematically stored in continuous rack aisles, minimizing the number of aisles in the warehouse, and thereby significantly improving space utilization. Ideal for storing substantial quantities of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products, among others.
