Push Back Rack
Push Back Racking** () is a sophisticated high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage solution tailored for deep-lane pallet storage. This innovative system employs a series of nested carts gliding on inclined rails, enabling pallets to be effortlessly 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. This design not only maximizes space efficiency but also maintains selective access.
1. Optimize warehouse utilization to exceed 80%, granting some goods prioritized access for seamless inflow and outflow.
2. Robust loading capacity per layer ranges from 300 kg to an impressive 1500 kg per pallet, ensuring versatility for diverse storage needs.
3. Perfectly suitable for large-scale storage of goods with limited variety, ensuring smooth operations and systematic organization.
4. Flexible storage options allow for 'First In, First Out' or 'First In, Last Out' methodologies, adapting to various inventory management strategies.
Applications:
Fewer aisles required, maximizing available storage space and enhancing logistics efficiency.
