HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a formidable load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is perfectly suited for heavy-duty warehouse storage as well as food freezer storage applications, ensuring reliability and strength.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Tailored to perfection, the height and width of the racks can be customized to meet specific user requirements, delivering a bespoke solution for a vast array of warehouse layouts.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from top-tier steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system boasts exceptional corrosion resistance and promises a long-lasting service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
Designed for efficiency, the drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring streamlined storage and retrieval processes.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Utilizing a dense storage approach, drive-in racks allow goods to be stored in continuous rack aisles, which minimizes the number of aisles required in the warehouse, significantly enhancing space utilization. This system is ideal for storing large quantities of homogeneous goods such as food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
