DRIVE IN RACK
Drive-in racks and drive-through racks are ingeniously crafted for inventory management systems like last-in, first-out (LIFO - drive-in) or first-in, first-out (FIFO - drive-through). Pallets are strategically stored on robust support rails attached to columns. Forklifts access the system with precision, elevating the load to the rail height and positioning it in the optimal storage slot. This innovative design maximizes storage density by eliminating unnecessary picking aisles, although it offers lower selectivity.
Features:
1. Efficiently utilize over 80% of your warehouse space, allowing specific goods priority access in and out.
2. Impressive loading capacity ranging from 300 to 1500 kg per pallet, per layer.
3. Perfectly suited for storing large volumes of goods with minimal variety, optimizing space and order.
4. Provides flexibility with storage options of "First In, First Out" or "First In, Last Out" to suit your inventory needs.
Applications:
Revolutionize your storage with fewer aisles needed, enhancing efficiency.
A robust "Last In, First Out" storage system for streamlined operations.

CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Our racking system can be customized in height and width to meet specific user requirements, delivering a bespoke solution for diverse warehouse spaces, tailored to your needs.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Engineered from premium-grade steel and finished with a protective electrostatic spray, this racking system is designed for corrosion resistance and ensures a long-lasting service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The advanced drive-in pallet storage rack system supports FIFO (First In, First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management, promoting efficient storage and effortless retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks employ a space-saving dense storage technique, where goods are organized in continuous rack aisles, thereby reducing aisle numbers and optimizing warehouse space utilization. Ideal for storing large quantities of goods with limited variety, including food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
