HYDRAULIC LIFTING SYSTEM
Manual pump pressure: Engage the handle in a rhythmic back-and-forth motion to activate the hydraulic cylinder, effortlessly lifting forks even when loaded with 1.5-3 tons.
Slow descent design: A carefully engineered hydraulic valve ensures a gentle descent, safeguarding your cargo from abrupt impacts with the ground.
HIGH-STRENGTH STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Steel body: Constructed from premium quality carbon steel, our welded frame is designed to withstand intense pressure and resist deformation. Lighter models also feature advanced aluminum alloy construction.
Fork reinforcement: With reinforced thickened steel forks, typically measuring 1150mm±50mm, our design accommodates standard pallets with ease and reliability.
FLEXIBLE STEERING AND MOVEMENT
Universal wheel design: The front wheels are equipped with nylon/polyurethane universal wheels, boasting a remarkable steering angle of ≥180° for smooth and agile maneuverability.
Driving wheel set: Our rear wheel features a heavy-duty roller accompanied by a brake device, ensuring stability and preventing slips on ramps.
ERGONOMIC OPERATION
Labor-saving handle: Engineered with the leverage principle in mind, the operational force required is a mere ≤30kg, even when handling a load of 2 tons, minimizing strain.
Folding/adjustable handle: Designed for space efficiency and adaptability, our handle can be adjusted to suit operators across various heights.
SAFETY AND ADAPTABILITY
Overload protection: Our innovative hydraulic system is equipped with automatic pressure release to prevent lifting when overloaded, ensuring operational safety.
