Push Back RACK
Push Back Racking** () is an innovative high-density storage solution employing the LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) method, expertly crafted for deep-lane pallet storage. It features a sophisticated system of nested carts set on inclined rails, efficiently enabling pallets to be "pushed back" with each subsequent load. This design masterfully maximizes space efficiency while ensuring selective access to your inventory.
1. Maximize your warehouse potential with utilization exceeding 80%, prioritizing the in-and-out flow of select goods.
2. Exceptional loading capacity per layer, accommodating between 300-1500 kg per pallet.
3. Perfectly engineered for the large-scale storage of items with minimal variety.
4. Seamlessly adaptable to both "First In, First Out" or "First In, Last Out" storage methodologies.
Applications:
Reduced aisle requirements enhancing storage efficiency
"Last In, First Out" storage method ensuring optimal space utilization
• Unmatched in cost-effectiveness, offering the highest density pallet storage rack system available
• Ideally suited for uniform product storage on identical-size pallets, as well as for refrigerated and frozen storage scenarios
• Designed for storing multiple pallets of identical items, regardless of storage timeframes
• Perfect for seasonal and slow-moving inventory management
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Engineered for strength, this drive-in pallet storage rack system boasts a load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, making it ideal for heavy-duty warehouse and food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Designed with flexibility in mind, the height and width of the racks can be customized to meet specific user requirements, offering a tailor-made solution for diverse warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-quality steel and finished with an electrostatic spray for enhanced corrosion resistance, this racking system promises durability and a long service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system facilitates the use of both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring efficient and streamlined storage and retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks employ a high-density storage technique, where goods are strategically stored in continuous rack aisles, minimizing the number of aisles needed and enhancing overall space utilization. Perfect for storing large volumes of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products.
