HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a formidable load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system excels in heavy-duty warehouse storage, as well as food freezer storage applications, ensuring optimal performance.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Designed with flexibility in mind, the racks' height and width are fully customizable to meet specific user requirements, guaranteeing bespoke solutions tailored to diverse warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-quality steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system offers unparalleled corrosion resistance and promises a long, reliable service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system facilitates the use of FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, streamlining the storage and retrieval processes for maximum efficiency.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Employing a dense storage method, drive-in racks store goods in continuous rack aisles, significantly reducing the number of aisles needed in the warehouse, thus optimizing space utilization. Perfect for storing large quantities of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
