Push Back Rack System
Push Back Racking ** () is an optimized high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage innovation tailored for deep-lane pallet storage. It employs a sophisticated series of nested carts on strategically inclined rails, allowing for seamless 'push back' of pallets by subsequent loads. This maximizes spatial efficiency while preserving selective accessibility.
1. Warehouse utilization surpasses a remarkable 80%, providing priority access for select goods.
2. Impressive loading capacity range per tier: 300-1500 kg per pallet.
3. Perfectly crafted for large-scale storage of goods with limited variety.
4. Storage can be managed as 'First In, First Out' or 'First In, Last Out' to suit operational needs.
Diverse Applications:
Minimized aisle requirements for enhanced efficiency.
'Last In, First Out' storage architecture.

• Perfect for housing seasonal or slow-moving inventory items.
EXTRAORDINARY HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this robust drive-in pallet storage rack system is ideal for demanding warehouse storage and specialized food freezer storage applications.
INGENIOUS CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
The flexibility in rack height and width customization caters to specific user needs, ensuring a bespoke solution for diverse warehouse dimensions.
ROBUST DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-grade steel with an electrostatic spray finish, this racking system delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and prolonged service life.
OPTIMIZED EFFICIENT STORAGE
Our drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, promoting the efficient storage and retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE SOLUTION
Drive-in racks feature a compact storage method, where goods are systematically stored in continuous rack aisles. This approach significantly reduces aisle numbers and enhances space utilization, making it ideal for storing substantial quantities of goods with minimal variety, including food, beverages, and chemical products.
