HAND TRUCK
A manual pallet truck, affectionately known in the industry as a "manual forklift" or "ground bull," is an essential logistics marvel. With its intuitive manual operation, it expertly handles the movement of pallet cargo, whether they be wooden or plastic pallets, across short distances with ease.
At the heart of this equipment is its ability to seamlessly lift, handle, and stack goods. This is achieved through a robust hydraulic lifting system paired with a dynamic wheel group structure. Its versatility makes it indispensable in environments like bustling warehouses, high-traffic supermarkets, and efficient factories, serving as a cornerstone in logistics management.
Engineered to excel in various environments, our hand trucks feature rust-proof treatment for humid conditions, silent wheels tailored for the serene aisles of supermarkets, and specialized explosion-proof models designed for the rigorous demands of chemical workshops.
Application Scenarios
Warehousing and Logistics: From seamless loading and unloading of pallet cargo to efficient shelf replenishment, our hand truck is a logistics champion.
Retail Industry: Designed for supermarket goods turnover, it also excels in cold chain handling, boasting low temperature-resistant wheels to handle icy environments effortlessly.

HYDRAULIC LIFTING SYSTEM
Manual Pump Pressure: A marvel of engineering, the handle, when moved back and forth, engages the hydraulic cylinder, effortlessly lifting loads between 1.5 to 3 tons.
Slow Descent Design: Precision crafted, the hydraulic valve ensures a gentle descent, safeguarding cargo from abrupt impacts upon reaching the ground.
HIGH-STRENGTH STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Steel Body: Crafted from high-quality carbon steel, the welded frame is designed to withstand immense pressure and resist deformation, while lightweight models incorporate resilient aluminum alloy.
Fork Reinforcement: Reinforced thickened steel forks, typically measuring 1150mm±50mm, cater to standard pallets, ensuring durability and reliability.
FLEXIBLE STEERING AND MOVEMENT
Universal Wheel Design: Equipped with nylon/polyurethane universal wheels, the front wheels boast a steering angle of ≥180°, offering effortless maneuverability.
Driving Wheel Set: The rear heavy-duty roller is designed with a brake device, ensuring stability and anti-slip functionality even on ramps.
ERGONOMIC OPERATION
Labor-Saving Handle: Engineered for ergonomic excellence, it employs leverage principles, requiring an operating force of ≤30kg even when bearing a hefty 2-ton load.
Folding/Adjustable Handle: Designed for versatility and space efficiency, the handle adjusts to accommodate operators of varying heights.
SAFETY AND ADAPTABILITY
Overload Protection: The hydraulic system features an automatic pressure release, safeguarding against overloads and ensuring it cannot lift when beyond capacity.
