Medium Duty A Shelving is also known as boltless shelving, it is a commonly used type of medium-duty shelf series, consisting of columns, beams, middle brackets, top brackets, and panels. The top and bottom layers are fixed, and any middle layer can be adjusted with a pitch of 50mm, allowing customers to adjust the spacing according to the volume of the goods.
The components of Medium Duty A Shelving are positioned using cold stamping machines to
ensure consistency. Shelves do not require bolts, only need to be plugged in. Except for the top and bottom, the height can be adjusted freely in units of 50mm.
Structural characteristics
Medium Duty A Shelving adopts mechanical punching to match the columns, beams, middle brackets, top brackets, and the top and bottom layers are fixed, making the shelf more stable. Unique design, reasonable structure, easy installation and disassembly, adjustable floor height of 50mm, no need for screws and sturdy. The main features are bolt free connections, easy assembly and disassembly (only rubber hammers are needed for assembly/disassembly), beautiful and generous appearance, and suitable for manual storage and retrieval of goods. The bearing capacity is usually 100KG -300KG/layer, which can meet most usage requirements.

Safety performance
The connection between the column and the beam adopts a locking connection method. The panels and the columns are supported by middle and top brackets, there are stoppers on brackets so that the panels will not move back and forth, left and right, and ensure that the goods will not fall off and cause losses when hit.
