Push Back Rack
Push Back Racking** () This innovative storage solution is tailored for high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) operations, perfect for deep-lane pallet storage. It employs a sophisticated system of nested carts on inclined rails, permitting pallets to be efficiently 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. This design maximizes space efficiency while ensuring selective access remains uncompromised.
1. Warehouse utilization surpasses 80%, offering prioritized ingress and egress for select goods.
2. Robust loading capacity per layer: 300-1500 kg per pallet.
3. Expertly designed for extensive storage of goods with limited variety.
4. Adaptable for both 'First In, First Out' and 'First In, Last Out' storage methodologies.
Applications:
Requiring fewer aisles than traditional systems, this design optimizes space.
Efficient 'Last In, First Out' storage configuration.
• Unmatched in affordability and density, this is the ultimate pallet storage rack system.
• Perfect for organizing identical products on uniform-size pallets, suitable for refrigerated and frozen storage environments.
• Engineered to accommodate multiple pallets of identical items irrespective of the time stored.
• An excellent choice for housing seasonal or slow-moving inventory.
HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Featuring an impressive load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is engineered for heavy-duty warehouse storage and food freezer applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Crafted with adaptability in mind, these racks can be tailored in height and width according to specific user requirements, providing a bespoke solution for diverse warehouse layouts.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Constructed from premium-grade steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system offers exceptional corrosion resistance and a long-lasting service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system is compatible with both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management approaches, ensuring swift and effective product storage and retrieval.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Utilizing a dense storage approach, drive-in racks facilitate the storage of goods in continuous rack aisles, thereby reducing the number of aisles in the warehouse and enhancing space utilization. Ideal for large quantities of low-variety items, including food, beverages, and chemicals.
