Our Stacking Crane boasts a sophisticated construction comprising a robust metal structure frame, an advanced motion mechanism, a highly efficient cargo loading device, an intuitive control system, and top-notch safety devices. Its meticulously engineered design significantly influences operational efficiency, stability, and safety.
Metal structure frame
Choose between a single column (light) or a double column (heavy) structure. This supports the entire crane while bearing both vertical and horizontal loads, ensuring a steadfast performance.
Top Beam: Strategically connects the top sections of the column to bolster overall stability. Select models come with built-in guide rails facilitating horizontal movement.
Base Frame: A steadfast support for the column, often fitted with walking wheels or ground rails to guarantee the stability and smooth operation of the equipment.
The motor powers the wheels along the warehouse track, achieving precise X-axis positioning for unparalleled performance.
Utilizes frequency conversion speed regulation or servo control to ensure every start and stop is smooth and controlled.
Hoisting Mechanism
The lift mechanism raises the loading platform in the Y-axis direction using wire rope, chain, or a synchronous belt, all powered by a motor and reducer for optimal performance.
Fitted with an encoder or laser rangefinder for impeccable height control, ensuring accuracy in every lift.
Fork Extension
Our innovative forks extend in two-way or three-way directions, powered by motors or hydraulics to achieve precise Z-axis extension and retraction, essential for effective cargo handling.
Cargo Loading Device

Forks

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days, It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
