Push Back Rack
Push Back Racking** () is an innovative high-density, LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) storage marvel designed for exceptional deep-lane pallet storage. It leverages a series of strategically nested carts on inclined rails, enabling pallets to be gracefully 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. This system masterfully maximizes space efficiency while ensuring selective access.
1. Remarkable warehouse utilization surpassing 80%, providing strategic priority for certain goods during entry and exit.
2. Impressive loading capacity per layer ranging from 300-1500 kg/pallet.
3. Ideally suited for extensive storage needs of goods with limited variety.
4. Storage capabilities include both 'First In, First Out' and 'First In, Last Out' methods.
Applications:
Requires fewer aisles, maximizing available space.
'Last In, First Out' storage system with optimized efficiency.
• Offers the most cost-effective, highest density pallet storage rack system available.
• Perfectly tailored for storing uniform products on identical-size pallets, ideal for refrigerated and frozen storage needs.
• Expertly designed to accommodate multiple pallets of the same item, irrespective of time constraints.
• Exceptionally suitable for storing seasonal or slow-moving items with ease.
Heavy-Duty Capacity
With an extraordinary load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is an excellent choice for robust warehouse storage and demanding food freezer storage applications.
Customizable Design
The racks feature customizable height and width, allowing a bespoke solution tailored to diverse warehouse spaces, meeting specific user requirements.
Durable Construction
Crafted from premium quality steel with a superior electrostatic spray finish, this racking system ensures outstanding corrosion resistance and an extended service lifespan.
Efficient Storage
The drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management strategies, facilitating efficient storage and seamless product retrieval.
High-Density Storage
Drive-in racks employ a dense storage methodology, enabling goods to be stored in continuous rack aisles, significantly reducing the number of aisles needed in the warehouse. This improves space utilization and is perfectly suited for storing large volumes of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products.
