Push Back Rack
Push Back Racking** () is an innovative, high-density storage solution utilizing the LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) methodology, perfectly designed for deep-lane pallet storage. It features a series of nested carts on inclined rails, allowing the pallets to be effortlessly 'pushed back' by subsequent loads. This unique design maximizes space efficiency while maintaining selective access, providing an ideal balance of functionality and optimization.
1. Achieve warehouse utilization rates exceeding 80%, ensuring priority handling of specific goods for optimal flow and efficiency.
2. Robust loading capacity per layer, accommodating 300-1500 kg/pallet to meet diverse storage needs.
3. Perfect for large-scale storage of goods with limited variety, enhancing organization and management.
4. Flexible storage options available: operate as either 'First In, First Out' (FIFO) or 'First In, Last Out' (FILO) to suit your inventory needs.
Applications:
Optimize space with fewer aisles required, streamlining warehouse operations.
'Last In, First Out' storage system offering unmatched efficiency in space usage.
• Enjoy the lowest cost, highest density for a pallet storage rack system, maximizing ROI.
• Ideal for consistent storage of similar products on identical-size pallets, including refrigerated and frozen applications.
• Expertly designed to accommodate multiple pallets of the same item, regardless of time constraints.
• Perfect for storing seasonal or slow-moving inventory, offering strategic flexibility.
Heavy-Duty Capacity
Boasting a formidable load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this system is perfectly suited for heavy-duty warehouse storage as well as demanding food freezer storage applications.
Customizable Design
The racks offer customizable height and width options, ensuring a bespoke solution tailored to the unique requirements of any warehouse space.
Durable Construction
Crafted from premium quality steel with an electrostatic spray finish, this racking system is designed to resist corrosion, offering durability and a prolonged service life.
Efficient Storage
This drive-in pallet storage rack system facilitates both FIFO (First In, First Out) and FILO (First In, Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring seamless and efficient product storage and retrieval.
High-Density Storage
Utilizing a compact storage technique, drive-in racks allow goods to be stored in continuous rack aisles, minimizing the number of aisles in the warehouse and thereby enhancing space utilization. Perfect for storing vast quantities of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
