STACKING CRANE
Stacking Crane is a kind of efficient material-handling equipment used in automated stereoscopic warehouse (AS/RS). It is mainly used for vertical stacking, horizontal handling, and precise storage and retrieval of goods. It is suitable for automated storage systems of unitized goods such as pallets and boxes.
Stacking Crane is mainly composed of a metal structure frame, motion mechanism, cargo loading device, control system, and safety device. Its structural design directly affects the operation efficiency, stability, and safety.
Metal structure frame
Single column (light) or double column (heavy) structure, supporting the entire crane, bearing vertical and horizontal loads.
Top Beam:Connects the top of the column to enhance the overall stability. Some models are equipped with guide rails for horizontal movement.
Base Frame: Supports the column, usually equipped with walking wheels or ground rails to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
The motor drives the wheel to move along the warehouse track to achieve X-axis positioning.
Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation or servo control to ensure a smooth start and stop.
Hoisting Mechanism
Lift the loading platform (Y-axis direction) through the wire rope, chain, or synchronous belt, driven by motor + reducer.
Equipped with encoder or laser rangefinder to accurately control the height.
Fork Extension
Two-way or three-way forks, driven by motor or hydraulic, to achieve Z-axis extension and retraction to complete cargo storage and retrieval.
Cargo Loading Device
Carrying cargo (pallets, boxes, etc.) linked with forks.
Forks
Retractable fork arms are directly in contact with cargo, the material must be wear-resistant and non-slip.
Some models are equipped with rotating forks (for narrow aisles) or double-deep forks (for storing and retrieving rear cargo).

ACCURATE POSITIONING CAPABILITY
Using servo drive, laser ranging, or barcode positioning technology, the positioning accuracy can reach ±1mm, ensuring fast and accurate storage and retrieval of goods.

Linked with warehouse management systems, PLCs, etc., to achieve unmanned operation, support automatic addressing, inventory management, and task scheduling.
EFFICIENT OPERATION SPEED
The horizontal walking speed can reach more than 200m/min, the lifting speed is 60m/min, and the cycle operation efficiency is high (such as 100+ pallets per hour).
MODULAR DESIGN
It can be customized according to load (1~5 tons), travel, height and other requirements, supporting single column, double column or track structure to adapt to different scenarios.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days, It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.

A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
