Our Stacking Crane is an incredibly efficient material-handling marvel, designed for the automated stereoscopic warehouse (AS/RS) systems. It excels in vertical stacking, horizontal maneuvering, and precise storage and retrieval tasks. The Stacking Crane is composed of a robust metal frame, advanced motion mechanisms, a versatile cargo loading device, a sophisticated control system, and comprehensive safety devices. Its architectural design is critical, influencing the operational efficiency, stability, and the overall safety of the system.
Metal Structure Frame
Available in a single column for lighter duties or a dual column for heavier operations, this sturdy structure supports the crane, adeptly bearing both vertical and horizontal loads.
Top Beam: This component connects the column's apex to augment overall stability. Select models feature guide rails for enhanced horizontal movement.
Base Frame: It underpins the column and is usually outfitted with walking wheels or ground rails, ensuring the equipment operates with unwavering stability.
A powerful motor propels the wheels along the warehouse track, achieving precise X-axis positioning.
Featuring frequency conversion speed regulation or servo control, it guarantees a smooth start and stop, enhancing operational fluidity.
Hoisting Mechanism
This mechanism elevates the loading platform in the Y-axis direction using a wire rope, chain, or synchronous belt, all driven by a motor coupled with a reducer.
Equipped with an encoder or laser rangefinder, it meticulously controls the height, ensuring accuracy in operations.
Fork Extension
Our innovative forks extend in two or three directions, powered by either a motor or hydraulic system, achieving Z-axis extension and retraction for seamless cargo storage and retrieval.
Cargo Loading Device
Designed to carry various cargo types, such as pallets and boxes, seamlessly integrated with the fork system for optimal performance.
Forks
The retractable fork arms are crafted from wear-resistant, non-slip materials, ensuring durable and secure handling of cargo.

A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days, It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
