HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a robust load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is an exemplary choice for heavy-duty warehouse storage, as well as food freezer storage applications, delivering exceptional strength and reliability.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Tailor the height and width of the racks to your exact specifications, providing a bespoke solution that meets the unique needs of diverse warehouse spaces and user demands.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-quality steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system offers superior corrosion resistance and an extended service life, ensuring your investment is well protected.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
Leverage the drive-in pallet storage rack system to implement both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, optimizing the efficiency of your storage and retrieval processes.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks employ an innovative and dense storage method, allowing goods to be stored in continuous rack aisles. This approach minimizes aisle numbers, significantly enhancing space utilization. They are ideal for storing large quantities of goods with limited variety, including food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
