DRIVE IN RACK
Drive-in and drive-through racks are expertly crafted for inventory management using either the last-in, first-out (LIFO - drive-in) or first-in, first-out (FIFO - drive-through) approach. Pallets are safely positioned on support rails firmly connected to columns. Forklifts enter the system with ease, lifting loads to the appropriate rail height, and strategically placing them within the predetermined storage location. This innovative design maximizes storage density by eliminating unnecessary picking aisles, though it results in reduced immediate selectivity.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
