DRIVE IN RACK
Drive-in racks and drive-through racks are ingeniously designed for either last-in, first-out (LIFO - drive-in) or first-in, first-out (FIFO - drive-through) inventory management. Pallets are meticulously stored on support rails securely connected to sturdy columns, while forklifts seamlessly navigate into the system, gracefully lift the load to the precise rail height, and strategically place it in the selected storage location. This system achieves impressive storage density by eliminating the need for picking aisles while maintaining low selectivity.
Features:
1. Warehouse utilization surpasses an impressive 80%, allowing certain goods priority access for seamless ingress and egress.
2. Remarkable loading capacity per layer: 300-1500 kg/pallet
3. Perfectly suited for the large-scale storage of goods with minimal variety.
4. Storage options include both "First In, First Out" and "First In, Last Out" methods.
Applications:
Fewer aisles required, optimizing the storage space.
"Last In, First Out" optimized storage system.
• Unmatched value: the lowest cost, highest density pallet storage rack system available.
• Perfect for storing similar products on uniform-size pallets, especially in refrigerated and frozen environments.
• Expertly designed to handle multiple pallets of the same item, regardless of entry time.
• Ideal for efficiently storing seasonal or slow-moving inventory.

HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
With an impressive load capacity ranging from 300 to 2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is excellently suited for high-demand warehouse storage, including rigorous food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
The height and width of the racking system can be meticulously customized to meet specific user requirements, ensuring a tailor-made solution that perfectly fits various warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium high-quality steel with an advanced electrostatic spray finish, this robust racking system boasts impressive corrosion resistance and an extended service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system empowers the use of both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring streamlined and efficient storage and retrieval of products.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks employ a sophisticated dense storage method, where goods are stored in continuous rack aisles, reducing the number of aisles in the warehouse, thereby dramatically enhancing space utilization. This system is ideally suited for storing large quantities of goods with minimal variety, such as food, beverages, and chemical products.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
