DRIVE IN RACK
Our Drive-in and Drive-through racking systems are meticulously engineered for efficient LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) for drive-in and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for drive-through inventory handling. These systems maximize storage density by utilizing support rails affixed to columns, allowing forklifts to navigate within the structure, elevate loads to the designated rail levels, and place them into the chosen storage positions. This method significantly enhances storage space by eliminating the need for conventional picking aisles, though it does require a trade-off with selectivity.
Features:
1. Optimizes warehouse space utilization to over 80%, granting prioritized access for certain goods.
2. Boasts a robust loading capacity of 300-1500 kg per pallet on each tier.
3. Perfectly suited for the extensive storage of large quantities of a limited range of goods.
4. Facilitates both 'First In, First Out' and 'First In, Last Out' storage methodologies.
Applications:
Minimizes the need for numerous aisles, maximizing storage space.
Innovative 'Last In, First Out' storage solution.
• Offers the most cost-effective and space-efficient pallet storage solution available.
• Perfect for storing consistent product sizes on uniform pallets, and ideal for use in refrigerated and frozen storage environments.
• Capable of managing multiple pallets of the same item, irrespective of storage duration.
• Exceptional for accommodating seasonal or slow-moving inventory.

HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Engineered for resilience, this drive-in pallet storage rack system supports a formidable load range of 300-2000 kg per tier, making it ideal for heavy-duty warehouse and food freezer storage requirements.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Our racks offer versatile customization options in height and width, ensuring that our clients receive a bespoke solution tailored to their specific warehouse dimensions.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from premium-grade steel and finished with an electrostatic spray, this racking system is designed for optimal corrosion resistance and extended longevity.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
This drive-in pallet storage rack system supports both FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring seamless and efficient storage and retrieval processes.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
The drive-in racks implement a compact storage strategy, where products are systematically stored in continuous aisles, effectively reducing aisle numbers and significantly enhancing warehouse space utilization. This is particularly suited for storing extensive quantities of a narrow range of products, such as those in the food, beverage, and chemical industries.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
