HYDRAULIC LIFTING SYSTEM
Manual pump pressure: With a simple back-and-forth handle motion, engage the hydraulic cylinder to effortlessly elevate the fork, accommodating loads typically ranging from 1.5 to 3 tons.
Slow descent design: A precision hydraulic valve ensures a controlled slow descent, protecting cargo from abrupt impacts with the ground.
HIGH-STRENGTH STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Steel body: Constructed from high-quality carbon steel, the welded frame is engineered to resist both pressure and deformation, with select light models featuring robust aluminum alloy.
Fork reinforcement: Designed with thickened steel forks, generally measuring 1150mm±50mm, this feature is perfectly suited for handling standard pallets with confidence.
FLEXIBLE STEERING AND MOVEMENT
Universal wheel design: The front nylon/polyurethane universal wheels boast an impressive steering angle of ≥180°, ensuring smooth and nimble maneuverability.
Driving wheel set: Equipped with a heavy-duty roller at the rear, complete with a brake device to prevent slippage on inclined surfaces, ensuring safety and precision.
ERGONOMIC OPERATION
Labor-saving handle: Designed according to the principle of leverage, this feature minimizes effort with an operating force of ≤30kg even when handling loads up to 2 tons.
Folding/adjustable handle: Offers space-efficient storage and customizable height adjustments, catering to operators of varying heights for optimal comfort.
SAFETY AND ADAPTABILITY
Overload protection: The advanced hydraulic system is equipped with an automatic pressure release mechanism, safeguarding against overload by preventing elevation when limits are exceeded.
