DRIVE IN RACK
Drive-in racks and drive-through racks are ingeniously designed to cater to different inventory management styles: last-in, first-out (LIFO - drive-in) or first-in, first-out (FIFO - drive-through). Pallets are securely stored on robust support rails connected to sturdy columns. Forklifts maneuver effortlessly into the system, elevate the load to the desired rail height, and deftly place it in the optimal storage spot. This innovative design maximizes storage density by eliminating the need for wide picking aisles, while selectivity is kept at a minimal level.
Features:
1. Astounding warehouse space utilization exceeding 80%, allowing prioritization for certain goods entering and exiting freely.
2. Impressive loading capacity per layer ranging from 300-1500 kg per pallet.
3. Perfectly tailored for large-scale storage of uniform goods with minimal variety.
4. Efficient storage options with choices of 'First In, First Out' or 'First In, Last Out' systems.
Applications:
Fewer aisles are required, optimizing space and improving accessibility.
The 'Last In, First Out' storage system is ideal for space-constrained environments.
• The most economical and highest-density pallet storage rack system available.
• Perfect for storing similar products on uniform-size pallets, especially in refrigerated and frozen environments.
• Thoughtfully designed to accommodate multiple pallets of the same item, regardless of their entry time.
• Ideal for the storage of seasonal or slow-moving items, offering flexibility and efficiency.

HEAVY-DUTY CAPACITY
Boasting a robust load capacity of 300-2000 kg per tier, this drive-in pallet storage rack system is exceptionally well-suited for heavy-duty warehouse storage, including food freezer storage applications.
CUSTOMIZABLE DESIGN
Height and width of these racks can be artfully customized to meet specific user requirements, ensuring a bespoke solution tailored for a diverse range of warehouse spaces.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
Crafted from high-grade steel with an advanced electrostatic spray finish, this racking system offers remarkable corrosion resistance alongside an extended service life.
EFFICIENT STORAGE
The drive-in pallet storage rack system facilitates the use of FIFO (First In First Out) and FILO (First In Last Out) inventory management systems, ensuring swift and efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
HIGH-DENSITY STORAGE
Drive-in racks employ a high-density storage method, where goods are stored in continuous rack aisles, significantly reducing the number of aisles in the warehouse. This strategy enhances space utilization, making it ideal for storing large quantities of goods with limited variety, such as food, beverages, chemical products, and more.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been focusing on warehouse racks and various display racks.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally within 25 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelf design.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment terms: A 30% deposit is paid when signing PI, and the balance will be settled by T/T before delivery.
Q: How should I install the rack?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for each type of rack. If necessary, we can also ask engineers to teach you for free.
Q: Can you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Of course, we are very experienced in customizing racks.
Q: What are the main racks and additional racks?
A: The difference between these two types of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, and the additional rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 bays of rack in one row, then there is one set of main racks and 14 sets of additional racks.
Q: What is the packing method?
A: Generally, the storage racks are flat-packed with bubble film/film in standard export cartons. Other packaging such as wooden boxes can be provided according to customer requirements.
